Tasks:

• We take offer only from some selective packers and never take offer from problem creating packers.
• We engaged our trained and experienced quality control officers to supervise/monitor the total production process on behalf of our valued customers for each consignment.
• We do maintain strict pre-shipment inspection and assure Net Weight, Net Count, Freshness, Packing, Labeling, Shipment preparation and finally shipping the container.
• We do arrange production/preparation for new/value added seafood items as per customer’s demand under special supervision even guidance of customer or of their nominated/appointed person.
• We assure of quality and commitment of shipment as per Proforma Invoice.
• We provide all the necessary feedback in the event of market information including monthly export report that reflects the purchasing behavior of international buyers who currently exist in Bangladesh, market update price, harvesting schedule and availability of raw materials as per their count ratio, which may help our clients out in their decision making process.
• We arrange flexible payment terms if needed
• We provide all kinds of support in expanding/entering new business market and ensuring privet labeling.
• We consistently maintain transparency and share information both with our customers and packers.
• We always work in favor of our customers and play a role as a hard negotiator on behalf of our customers.
• Our policy is to create log-term relationship with our clients and therefore always try to protect overall interest of our customers in every possible means available.
• We keep our customers tension free so that they can focus on developing new market etc.
