BLACK TIGER HOSO SHRIMP

Due to its extra ordinary color i.e. the wonderful black strip the Black Tiger HOSO shrimp has been attracted by most and as a result it has become the most demanding single shrimp commodity all over the world.

The available sizes are 8/12, 13/15, 16/20, 21/30, 31/40, 41/50 and some extend 51/60 and 61/70. They may be processed as IQF but most commonly processed as Semi IQF. Any percentage of glaze may be used e.g. 80%, 75%, 70% etc.

Of the BT HOSO shrimp size like 31/40 100% NW/NC is the most popular item for restaurant and supermarket chain. We have developed very sophisticated relation with packers who are master in producing BTHOSO 31/40 NW/NC 12x400gm box or 3x12x400gm box. Besides, we can supply you Cooking Quality BT HOSO shrimp in 10/20, 20/30, 30/40 in 100% NW/NC.

Our Black Tiger HOSO cooking quality products are 2% over weight and completely untreated. However if clients prefers we can use metabisulphet E223 as per requirement.
